As well as running my own practice in Brighton, I also have extensive counselling training and experience through my work as a volunteer counsellor. This includes volunteering at Cruse Bereavement Support to help clients who are coping with bereavement, loss and grief, as well as volunteering at CGL (Change, Grow, Live) and Pavilions supporting clients, and their families and carers, who are dealing with drug and alcohol addictions.
Sessions are usually weekly and are for 50 minutes. You can decide how many sessions you feel is right for you and we can discuss this on an ongoing basis. Everyone is different and it’s your choice entirely.
I offer a free initial 30-minute session, again by phone or by zoom. This can help you to decide if this support is right for you.
